Face Mapping For Beginners

Face mapping. What exactly is it, and is it beneficial for us? Myself I'm a big fan of face mapping, and own a lot of sheets with information about it. It's not necessary, but it does feel good, knowing something about it. That's why I'll teach you some basics. Also in this post, the images aren't mine, but Google's.

  • What is face mapping?
Face Mapping is the analysis of your skin on your face. It divides your face into 14 parts, named zones. Each zone has it's own cause and cure. Which means that acne or bad skin on a certain zone on your skin, has a different meaning when it's on another zone. With help of face mapping, you can understand what makes you skin breakout like that, and how to fix it right away. It's completely safe to analyze and fix.

  • What are the facial zones?
Like I said before, your face is divided into 14 parts. Which part belongs where, is listed on the image above. We may often forget, but the neck is also part of the image. That's why it's important to take care of your neck too. Obviously it's not as perfectly schemed on your face than on the image, but you get the idea. This is what each part is :
  1. Zone 1 and 3 : Forehead
  2. Zone 2 : Brows
  3. Zone 4 and 10 : Ears
  4. Zone 5 and 9 : Cheeks
  5. Zone 6 and 8 : Eyes
  6. Zone 7 : Nose
  7. Zone 12 : Chin and Lips
  8. Zone 11 and 13 : Jawline
  9. Zone 14 : Neck
  • What does what part mean?
According to the Chinese face mapping each part means that one of your organs isn't alright. For example, bladder problems when you have bad skin or acne on your chin. But there are more kinds of face mapping. For example dermatological face mapping. You can fix each zone with taking care of that part. Drink enough water, moisturize, don't eat too much fats and rinse your skin well.
